What to expect
What a demonstration involves
A short conversation first
Twenty minutes to understand the collection: what is in it, how much of it there is, what languages and scripts it carries, and who has to be able to find things in it. Nothing is demonstrated yet — this is so the session is about your archive rather than ours.
A guided session on our demo server
About an hour, screen-shared or in person, on material like yours. We search across languages, open a scanned page at full detail, jump to a spoken moment in a recording, and show how a record is catalogued, released and published outward. Bring the colleagues who will use it daily.
Optionally, a few items of your own
If you would like to see your own material in it, send a small sample beforehand and we will load it onto the demo server for the session. We delete it afterwards, and we never use it for anything else.

A few sentences is plenty. Everything we need to prepare the session is in what you hold and where you are.
Tell us which collections you hold — newspapers, books and manuscripts, photographs, audio and video, born-digital material — and where you are.
We reply from Dubai, usually within two working days, and we bring your regional partner in where there is one.
We use what you send us to answer you, and for nothing else.
The other route
Talk to your regional partner
In much of the world the platform is installed and supported by a partner in your own country or region — in Slovakia, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, the Gulf, Africa and Canada. If you already work with one of them, or if your procurement rules need a local supplier, go to them directly. They can run the same demonstration, and we join it when it helps.
