MediaINFO Digital Library is made by MediaINFO L.L.C and installed and supported through an established network of regional distributors and certified resellers, who give it a local presence: they install it, and support it on site where an installation runs air‑gapped. Every client also has online support as standard — through the support portal, and from inside the platform, where Report a problem sends the description, the context and the diagnostics with the request. We build one thing: software that takes an institution's digitised material and makes it usable — searchable across languages, viewable at full detail, and publishable to the catalogues and aggregators the sector already uses. It runs on the institution's own infrastructure, for national libraries and archives, ministries and records offices, universities, heritage bodies and media organisations. The line we have used from the beginning still describes the work exactly: Give Life to Digitized Content.

The logo, explained

Three ideas in one mark.

The mark
The emblem can stand on its own, next to the word MediaINFO, or with the word and the tagline together.
M, book, zoom
The letter M, the first letter of the name; a stylised open book, for the physical material the platform makes available in digital form; and an arrow, for the zoom that has no end.
Frame, digitisation, comparison
The frame stands for pictures, and for the protection of the material. The shadow on two sides stands for the act of digitisation. The two-way arrow stands for comparing one image against another.
