The Presses Polytechniques et Universitaires Romandes (PPUR) selects Geneza MediaINFO.
PPUR is the in-house publishing arm of world-famous l’Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). It is based in the campus of the EPFL in an idyllic setting on the shores of Lake Geneva. This year PPUR is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its foundation and it has launched digital versions of selections from its collection leveraging Geneza’s technology to launch PPUR MediaINFO. MediaINFO handles effortlessly items within the collection that would represent a challenge for any technology such as “The Treatise of Electricity”, a monumental work in 22 volumes and over 8600 pages which is also the publication that helped establish PPUR 30 years ago. This and many other works are now available on the PPUR MediaINFO platform.
