Geneza MediaINFO sponsors and participates at the “Digital library”, a conference dedicated to digital content preservation and accessibility. 16Th to 18th april 2012, at the Ski & Wellness residence, Družba, Jasná.

Following on from five similar conferences that drew very positive feedback and comments from participants, the Slovak Chemical Library in BratislavaSlovak National Library in Martinand National Library of Poland are pleased to announce the sixth conference to bring Libraries together. Geneza MediaINFO is an official sponsor of this event.

The main objectives of the conference:
  • To inform the community of professionals from libraries, museums, galleries, archives etc. about the latest trends in the area of digitization, preservation and accessibility of the resulting digital data.
  • To present successful projects implemented in central Europe and further afield and what makes such projects a success.
  • To present insights on the technologies and institutional arrangements that make or break digitisation projects today.
